2022 Hyundai Sonata vs 2022 Toyota Camry

The Hyundai Sonata is a powerful and impressive car. Thanks to its unique exterior design, it is one of the most recognizable cars on the market today. The Sonata's exterior features a futuristic design that is highlighted by a wide body and a sculpted hood that dramatically flows towards the low-sitting grille. On the inside, the Sonata is packed full of several advanced features that help to make the car more enjoyable to drive.

The 2022 Hyundai Sonata has just become available but is already one of the most sought-after sedans in the country. To show you just how impressive it is, we have compared it to another highly popular sedan. Here is a look at how the 2022 Hyundai Sonata compares to the 2022 Toyota Camry.

Hyundai Sonata

The Sonata features the same exquisite and head-turning design that it had last year. However, it is adding an available Night Edition to the N-Line model. This special edition appearance package was inspired by the new movie, "G.I. Joe Origins." It features an all-black wheel with black centre caps, which allow the bright red callipers to stand out more. There is also bold black badging located on the interior and exterior of the vehicle.

This year, the Camrys stays largely unchanged as well. However, like the Sonata, it also features a dark and mysterious appearance package.

The Nightshade package is available on most trim levels and features black interior trim, black exterior accents, and solid black wheels.

The Hyundai Sonata offers a comfortable interior that provides plenty of legroom and headspace for both the front and backset passengers. There is also a wide range of high-end features that come standard including heated front seats and power-adjustable driver and front passenger seat.

The Camry also offers a stylish interior. However, the back seat is a little cramped and does not offer as much legroom. Also, heated front seats are not a standard feature.

The Hyundai Sonata comes standard with an 8-inch touchscreen display, but a larger 10.25-inch display is available. Both displays come standard with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. A built-in navigation system comes standard on the larger infotainment display.

The 2022 Camry only offers a standard 7-inch touchscreen infotainment display. If you would like a larger display, the only option is the available 9-inch touch screen infotainment display. However, like the Sonata, both displays come standard with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.
